Visited this placed with family friends and stayed there for two nights. We booked their Maharaja Suite Room and Super Delux Room which are the costliest. We paid so much in the hope that the stay will be pleasant and comfortable but it turned out to be completely opposite. First of all they dont offer any welcome drink on arrival not even water. Secondly, when we checked in the room we found that that the towels which they provided in the room were badly stained and it felt really pukish. After we got over this, on the first night of our stay there arrived a group of boys and girls who created havoc and nuisance all night in front of the room. This hotel has a gaming zone in front of Maharaja Suite on the Third Floor and this group started playing games which went on till 3 AM. Inspite of our repeated requests they were not ready to listen and when we approached hotel staff and reception we found nobody there to attend and restore the situation to normalcy. We could not sleep whole night and were not feeling well whole day on the second day of our stay. Somehow we gathered our energy to visit tourist spots and went for morning breakfast which was inclusive in the room rent. We found that the buffet had only 2-3 main items and lacked variety and the food was below average in terms of taste. This place charges so much but lacks basic courtesy to provide toiletries in the washroom like a dental kit or razor or moisturizer. The only USP of this place is its location otherwise its highly recommended to everyone to avoid this place. Its a waste of time, hard-earned money and holidays. Avoid at all costs.

It was my first experience over here it was really good the service is very good and also staff is very cooperative ,rooms are neat and clean …house keeping was very supportive also there food was fabulous..the main thing hotel is very big nd near to mall road which is good thing for us ..see you next time …seema,mr balvir rana really helpful to us

Amazing hotel ! Delicious food.. the staff was really cooperative and well behaved . We also played table tennis and chess that was kinda fun… amazing cloudy view from the balcony… the owner was really respectful and told us about the places we could visit nearby. Much recommended !

Won't advise at all for this hotel. The staff isn't professional at all and doesn't take responsibility for their own mistake. Services were way below the average, so was the food. Much better options are available in mussoorie.

Stayed there a few days ago. Lost an item and raised a complaint. Some other guest stole or might have picked it up but the hotel staff didn’t bother to help. Forget about helping, the entire staff refused to take responsibility for it even though the item got misplaced at their premises. Worst experience, wouldn’t recommend anyone to book there stay here.
